This blog is my journey into the art/craft world. I quit my job as an architect in May, and have embarked on this new endeavour with excitement, panic, and hope.

Hey Elizabeth
Comment by Jason July 9, 2013 @ 11:15 pmI’ve enjoyed reading your blog! Your voice seems honest, insightful and playfully self-depreciating! You probably don’t know that Joan Linder was a former Boston resident and friend of my dad. I haven’t spoken to her in a long time. Also have you heard of or seen the work of Geoff Chadsey? He’s an old pal from art school, works on Mylar w colored pencil and such. It was great seeing you and john and iain!
Best,
Jason
Thanks so much, Jason! Yes, this is not a high-brow blog…it’s more mono-brow, really. I LOVE Joan Linder’s work. I didn’t know that she was someone that you knew! Amazing. I had not heard of Geoff Chadsey. His work is stunning. I love his linework, colors, hermaphrodite subjects… I’m now a big fan.
It was great to see you, Jadu, Sherri, Stan and Jennifer as well! Hopefully, we’ll get a chance to see Kelli, Ruby and Nika too! Best, e.
